The nectar of acacia is collected in May in the untouched forests of Lajosmizse. It's a pure "Hungarikum" - a typical Hungarian honey because there is no place in the world where it can be produced in such quality with such skills.
The high fructose content makes this honey the least crystallizing. It has light colour, great smell and silky flavour.
Diabetic clients buy acacia because fructose turns into glucose slowly so the blood sugar is not pushed up.
